Account Registration

Only one account per person is permitted. Registration must be completed with accurate information, and kv9 is not available to anyone under the age of 18.

  • A photo of your ID alongside a selfie (if required)

Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of them will be suspended.

Eligibility, Age & Geographic Restrictions

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of kv9 by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.
  • Your account has never previously been suspended or terminated by kv9.
  • You are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program.
Warning: If an account belonging to a minor or ineligible person is identified, all winnings and balances will be voided and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

Deposit Policy & Methods

  • Maximum single deposit limit: No general limit, though verification may be required.
  • All deposits must be made from your own payment account.
  • Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited; any such deposit identified will be returned.
  • Deposits are typically credited instantly, and no later than 15 minutes.

kv9 No additional fees are charged on deposits. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawal Policy & Process

  • Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: 5x to 10x.
  • Cashback Bonus: A set percentage of your net losses returned, calculated on a weekly basis.
  • Reload Bonus: Additional bonus on subsequent deposits for selected members.
  • Free Spins: Usable on selected slot games only; valid for 7 days.

  • Kv9 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were posted incorrectly due to a technical error.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded.
  • In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
  • The maximum single bet limit varies depending on the game and market.

Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Operating accounts with family or friends to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Using kv9 for money laundering or to conceal the source of illicit funds.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or using software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
  • Threatening, deceiving, or collecting personal information from other members.
  • Unauthorized use of the kv9 name, logo, or brand.

If any of the above violations are proven kv9 May immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

By the member themselves or kv9 — Either party may initiate account closure.

Closed by Member: You can request account closure through the support team at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw your balance before closing. Processing a closure request may take 24–48 hours.

Closed by kv9: In cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, legal obligations, or other legitimate reasons kv9 Any account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

If an account is closed due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions, the balance (including bonuses and any fraudulent winnings) may be forfeited.

Changes & Updates to the Terms
